The Faction tab is now dedicated to agent to agent communication. The Alerts shows messages sent to you with the @codename tag. Tycho's interpretations of past events paint a more detailed picture of Roland Jarvis' journey to Enlightenment.   Winter is Coming - Enlightened Agents Get Prepared An Enlightened agent gears up for the winter and designs a custom hat to keep out the cold... and the Resistance.   Lifting the Veil to See the Truth Around Us Some agents on Google+ have started to speculate that secret labs have access to special glass technology that lifts the veil, uncovering the Ingress that is all around us.   New Metrics: XM Collected and Estimated KM Walked Scanner technology continues to improve. Your Scanner will now begin to track your total XM collected and estimate kilometers walked during your Ingress activities. These new metrics are visible on your agent profile.   The Chilean Resistance Makes a Statement With cries of "Chi-chi-chi, Le-le-le, Viva Chile!" the Resistance bathed a vast portion of Chile in blue.   Enlightened Agents Develop New Transportation Technology The creativity fostered by XM exposure can't be denied. Enlightened agents have tapped into this fountain of creativity to develop a new transport vehicle for quick deployment to Portal locations.   Portal Keychain Portal Keys aren't just souvenirs. A Portal Key provides a powerful connection to the Portal, making possible Links and remote recharging. One agent created a custom Ingress keychain. It is said to hold hundreds of Portal Keys.   Mexican Resistance "Releases the Kraken" A mysterious group of Resistance agents in Mexico have organized themselves with their own logo and rallying cry.
